Coach Payton is a life long fitness enthusiast who aims to lower the barriers to entry into fitness and nutrition for all people. As a transgender man, he provides a safe and inclusive experience for all people, of all backgrounds, and all abilities. Coach Payton is an Elite Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, and Nutritionist. Whatever your goal may be, Coach Payton will work with you to develop a solid plan not only to reach your goals, but to build a positive relationship with yourself, your body, fitness, and nutrition.
