“Payton’s workouts are phenomenal! They are so accessible - it never feels like more than I can handle, or painful, or overly complicated, but the next day I can barely move I’m so sore. Aside from how I feel afterwards, I was actually able to see a visible difference in how my body looked.
I’ve been in so many fitness classes where instructors yell, or guilt you into feeling like you need to “work off” whatever kind of food. Payton leads classes in a way that is polar opposite to that. He helps you focus on feeling good and moving well in your body. We often pair up and are able to support each other. I think creating a space where people feel comfortable and where there is a culture of support makes a huge difference in being able to engage more deeply in the exercises.
